The Fort Lewis College Center for Southwest Studies is displaying the Thunder in Our Voices exhibit, its first stop in the U. S. Durango photographer Linda MacCannell visited the Dene and Inuvialuit villages in northern Canada, forty years after an oil pipeline from Alaska to Chicago was propsed for construction. The exhibit revisits this event in present day to recount what had happened.
